Automotive Parts Counter Sales Associate ▾
Mechanicsville KIA is looking for an experienced Parts Sales Associate to join our team in our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. Our dealership is growing quickly, and our service department is very busy, creating a great opportunity for someone with strong parts knowledge who enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment.We’re looking for someone who can support both technicians and service advisors while providing excellent service at the parts counter.
Compensation:
$20 per hour
What You’ll Do:
- Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts requests
- Accurately identify and source automotive parts
- Process parts orders and maintain inventory accuracy
- Communicate with vendors and ensure timely parts availability
- Maintain an organized and efficient parts department
- Support the service team to keep repairs moving smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Automotive parts experience is an absolute MUST
- KIA or Hyundai parts experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of parts lookups and inventory systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Mechanicsville KIA is looking for a dependable and professional Service Porter to support our busy service department. This is a great opportunity to join a dealership that takes pride in its brand-new, beautiful, state-of-the-art facility and positive, team-focused culture.
The Service Porter plays an important role in keeping our service department running smoothly while helping create a great experience for our customers.

What You’ll Do:
- Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles
- Keep the service drive and lot organized and presentable
- Assist with vehicle intake and delivery for service customers
- Support the service advisors and technicians with daily tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of the service lane and surrounding areas
- Help ensure a smooth and efficient flow through the service department

- Clean driving record REQUIRED
